J\u00e1 sama jsem byla opravdu hodn\u011b p\u0159ekvapen\u00e1, kdy\u017e i m\u016fj partner tak\u00e9 mluvil o nebankovn\u00ed hypot\u00e9ce nebo o americk\u00e9 hypot\u00e9ce, proto\u017ee kdy\u017e budete m\u00edt nebankovn\u00ed hypot\u00e9ku nebo tak\u00e9 americkou hypot\u00e9ku, tak se v\u00e1m to samoz\u0159ejm\u011b vyplat\u00ed. Je opravdu hodn\u011b lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed t\u0159eba ani nev\u00ed, \u017ee na na\u0161em trhu je opravdu v\u00edce typ\u016f a druh\u016f finan\u010dn\u00edch produkt\u016f, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad hodn\u011b p\u016fj\u010dek nebo \u00fav\u011br\u016f, tak\u00e9 leasingu na automobil a podobn\u011b. A to tak\u00e9 hypot\u00e9k. A existuje jak nebankovn\u00ed hypot\u00e9ka, americk\u00e1 hypot\u00e9ka a tak\u00e9 nebankovn\u00ed americk\u00e1 hypot\u00e9ka. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee i ta klasick\u00e1 hypot\u00e9ka. A v\u011bd\u011bli jste, \u017ee nap\u0159\u00edklad moji rodi\u010de m\u011bli takovou hypot\u00e9ku, kdy dostali \u010dtvrt milionu a v\u016fbec to potom nemuseli spl\u00e1cet? Nemuseli to spl\u00e1cet jenom kv\u016fli tomu, kdy\u017e potom ten d\u016fm anebo byt neprodaj\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u011b deset let, kdy\u017e tam budou deset let minim\u00e1ln\u011b bydlet. A moji rodi\u010de to tak m\u011bli, i kdy\u017e samoz\u0159ejm\u011b po sedmi letech se rozvedli, ale i tak st\u00e1le ten d\u016fm dr\u017eeli, aby ten \u010dtvrt milion nemuseli v\u016fbec vracet. Bohu\u017eel, v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b to neplat\u00ed. Dneska mus\u00edte vr\u00e1tit \u00fapln\u011b v\u0161echno do koruny, a je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bco nav\u00edc. Takhle u\u017e to bohu\u017eel je, ale j\u00e1 sama jsem si \u0159ekla, \u017ee tak\u00e9 nebudu v\u00e1hat a \u017ee se tak\u00e9 s partnerem vezmeme hypot\u00e9ku, bu\u010f americkou hypot\u00e9ku nebo nebankovn\u00ed hypot\u00e9ku anebo se n\u011bjak dohodneme.
